人的全面自由发展视域下的企业员工思想政治工作探讨

思想政治工作错位、员工主体性地位缺失和个性化发展受限是当前思想政治工作面临的主要问题。文章认为,企业员工思想政治工作必须立足人的发展需要,既要提升思想政治工作的地位,更要尊重员工的主体性地位和尽量满足员工的个性充分发展需要,实现员工与企业同步发展的互动共赢。

On Ideology and Politics Work from the Point of View of Overall Development of Man in an Enterprise

At present,the main issue urges to address in the work of ideology and politics is the misplacement of the work and the absence of staffs’ subjectivity.The paper holds that the work in an enterprise should fulfill the need of individual development,that’s to say,not only we should enhance our awareness of the work,but respect staffs’ subjectivity and satisfy the demand of character development so that we can achieve the development of the staffs and the enterprise.
