精益管理在大米加工厂虫害防治中的应用实践

摘    要:为探讨精益管理方法在控制大米加工厂害虫滋生中的应用价值。采用精益管理的方法与工具分析某大米加工厂原有的害虫防控工作流程中存在的问题,针对性地进行优化和持续改进。比较实施精益管理前后大米加工厂因生虫导致的退货和滞销生虫数量的变化。结果表明:实施精益管理后,大米加工厂生虫退货数量由原来的411.9 t/a,显著降低到145.71 t/a;滞销大米生虫数量由原来的406 t/a,显著降低到58.83 t/a。精益管理有利于降低大米加工厂生虫退货数量和滞销大米生虫数量,提高企业经济效益,有进一步推广应用的价值。

Abstract:This study investigated the application of lean management in controlling pest breeding in the rice processing plant.The methods and tools of lean management have been used to analyze the problems in the original pest control workflow in the rice processing plant,to get the corresponding optimization and continuous improvement.The changes in the number of returns due to pests and unsalable products with pests in rice processing plants have been compared before and after the implementation of lean management.The results show that the number of returns due to pests in rice processing plants decreased significantly from 411.9 t/a to 145.71 t/a.The number of unsalable rice products with pests decreased from 406 t/a to 58.83 t/a by the application of lean management.Conclusion:Lean management is conducive to reducing the number of returns due to pests and unsalable rice with pests for rice processing plants,which improves the economic benefits of enterprises and exhibits the potential of further promotion of application.
