| 摘 要： | 讨论了食品分析实验教学中存在的问题,并对传统的食品分析实验教学模式进行探讨,阐述了食品分析实验教学改革的必要性,提出从优化实验教学内容、试行全实验教学方法、实行多元化的考核评价等方面进行探索,在食品专业人才的培养方案上结合江苏高校优势学科建设的优势进行制定,突出粮油食品特色,将教学和科研有机结合起来,把科研成果引入课堂教学中,旨在培养具有粮油食品特色的专业创新实用型人才。

| Abstract: | This paper discusses the problems in food analysis experiment teaching,discusses the traditional food analysis experiment teaching mode,and expounds the necessity of food analysis experiment teaching reform.From experimental content,experimental teaching methods,experimental links,and evaluation of experimental results,we tried out the experimental teaching model to highlight the characteristics of grain,oil,and food. |
