乡村振兴战略背景下长春市农村一二三产业融合发展思考

农村一二三产业融合发展在世界范围来看是一个不可逆转的新趋势。在我国,推进农村一二三产业融合发展是一项重点工作,其不仅能培育农村新产业新业态,而且是农业供给侧改革的主要抓手,是促进农村产业兴旺和实现乡村振兴的重要途径。因此,要树立大农业、大食物观念,推动粮经饲统筹、农林牧渔结合、种养加一体发展。要用工业化思维发展农业,让农业与二产、三产深度融合。吉林省是农业大省,长春市也一直把农业强市作为发展的目标。在深入实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,长春市更要下大力气解决种植业结构单一、产业链条短、三次产业融合程度不够、农产品品牌不响、农业发展质量不高、效益不好等问题,要加大气力推动农村一二三产业融合,培育新产业新业态,在农业转型升级的基础上,实现农业农村现代化。
