| 摘 要： | 本文通过对哈萨克斯坦小麦产业发展现状以及哈萨克斯坦小麦产业在世界粮食危机期间的表现分析,认识哈萨克斯坦小麦产业发展的特点和问题。哈萨克斯坦政府应该基于维护本国政府和人民的利益出发,着眼于小麦产业的可持续生产的长远发展,亟需制定行之有效的小麦生产政策并加大投入。
