| 摘 要： | 当前我国现代物流管理人才紧缺，制约着物流业整体水平的提高。高等学校是培养高级物流管理人才的主要场所。论文在分析物流学科建设和教学工作的特点及面临问题的基础上，提出促进我国高校物流学科建设和教学工作的宏观与微观对策。

| Abstract: | The increase of the overall level of China's logistics industry is restricted by the shortage of the managerial talent of logistics.Higher education is one of the major ways to train the managerial talent of logistics.Based on analysis of logistics professional disciplines construction,characteristics of logistics teaching and the problems it faces,this paper proposes both macro and micro counter measures for logistics professional disciplines development and logistics teaching in universities of China. |
