| Abstract: | This article analyzed the cause and effect of Shen Junru's and Chu Fucheng's imprisonment in April 1927 when Jiang Jieshi the leader of the Guomindang ( Chinese Nationalist Party) was clearing the party, since then Shen Junru's political pursuit of constitutional democracy made him start to cooperate with Chinese Communist Party and part with Jiang Jieshi's military despotism. |
