A Study of the "Going Global" Model of the Private Enterprises in Wenzhou

Based on discussion of the international management of enterprises which is generally featured in export business and o-verseas investment,the paper points out that the private enterprises in Wenzhou extend the connotation of the two features by adopt-ing the strategy of"bringing in"and"going global".They have established overseas specialty markets,international chain stores,re-search and development centers and manufacturing bases,etc.Moreover,they have come to realize the importance of exporting popular brand-names except for exporting goods.
