产权交易信息披露研究:一个基于竞争市场的理论框架

从长远发展和国家规划看,产权交易市场的服务对象将由国有产权交易为主,向多种所有制产权交易转变,交易产品将扩展到物权、债权、股权和知识产权等。而我国目前产权交易信息披露主要是基于国有产权交易而规制的,具有显著的行政特点,这必将影响到我国产权交易市场的发展。基于此,本文构建了一个由产权交易信息披露理论研究的逻辑起点、产权交易信息披露理论研究的路径以及产权交易信息披露系统三个层次构成的理论框架,分析了基于竞争市场的信息披露的特点,并对现阶段产权交易信息发布、监督管理实践提出了看法。

Equity transition information disclosure research: a theory framework basing on competitive market

Looked from the long-term development and the national plan,the property right trade market servicing for the state-owned property right transaction primarily will transform to service many kinds of ownership's property right transaction and the transaction product will expand to the real right,the creditor's rights,the stockholder's rights and the intellectual property rights and so on.But our country's information disclosure system of property right transaction is mainly based on the state-owned property right transaction,which has the remarkable administrative characteristic.This situation certainly affects the development of our country property right trade market.Based on this,this article has constructed a three-level-constitution theory frame which consists of the research logical beginning,the research way as well as the property right transaction information disclosure system.And this article has made some advises about the practice of property right transaction information disclosure.
