提高住房公积金使用效率的对策研究

住房公积金制度是我国城镇住房制度改革的重要举措，对保证职工住房消费的资金积累，提高职工购房支付能力都起到了重要作用。公积金发展中暴露出了沉淀资金多、保值增值难、不能向中低收入者倾斜等使用效率低的问题，文章分析了问题产生的原因，提出了提高住房公积金使用效率的途径，以及建立解决普通职工尤其是中低收入者住房问题的长效机制与对策。

Study on improving efficiency in the use of housing provident fund

Housing accumulation fund system is an important measure to guarantee the accumulation of workers housing consumption and to improve the payable capability for house purchase. Some problems exposed during its development such as increasing sedimentary money, difficulty in value preservation and increment, and inefficient use in tilting in the low-income families. This paper analyzed the causes, then proposed the means of improving use efficiency of housing accumulation fund. The long-effect mechanism and strategies were presented to resolve the housing problems for families, especially for medium and low-income families.
