| 摘 要： | 金融控股公司问题是目前我国金融发展研究的主要课题。本文对实行混业经营的现实困难进行了分析，以说明建立金融控投公司的必要性。在此基础上提出了组建金融控股公司的思路，并对其监管问题进行了探讨。
