| 摘 要： | 目前,我国涉及农村集体经济组织的法律存在着内涵界定不清、法律地位不明确和资产管理主体多元化等诸多问题.在比较分析农村集体经济组织与村民委员会、其他合作经济组织等主体关系的基础上,应当坚持"政社分离"的理念,继续改革农村基层组织制度,完善农村集体资产的产权制度,通过立法重塑农村集体经济组织的法律地位.
