| 摘 要： | 落后国家要实现历史性的发展就必须超越常规,进行跨越式发展.探讨我国生产力的跨越发展,应从人类历史上已经实现的生产力跨越发展的实践中汲取经验,更主要的是要研究我们的历史、国情以及所处的有利的国际环境,走出一条适合我国国情的科学的跨越式发展道路.
