| Abstract: | Stochastic frontier analysis is an effective method to analyze the efficiency of DMU, but the decomposition of the error is difficult. By OLS, adopting DEA to dispose the management error of stochastic frontier analysis can resolve the difficulty of the decomposition of the error. By an example of electric power industry, DEA-stochastic frontier analysis is discussed in this paper, and the character of this method is analyzed in the end. |
