口岸营商环境与区域经济增长耦合协调分析

优化营商环境是经济发展的重要条件。选取2013—2021年中国9个主要的海运集装箱口岸城市面板数据，分别构建口岸营商环境与区域经济增长系统指标体系，并结合耦合协调模型，研究了各城市口岸营商环境与当地经济增长的耦合协调关系。结果显示，各城市口岸营商环境与经济增长耦合协调水平不断提升，但不同城市间二者协调程度存在差距。随着经济的快速发展，存在口岸营商环境滞后于经济发展现象，因此要持续加强口岸营商环境优化与建设。

Analysis of Coupling Coordination between Port Business Environment and Regional Economic Growths

Improving the business environment is an important condition for economic development. The panel data of 9 major maritime container port cities in China from 2013 to 2021 were selected to construct the port business environment and regional economic growth system index system, and combined with the coupling coordination model, the coupling coordination relationship between the port business environment and local economic growth was studied. The results show that the coupling coordination level between port business environment and economic growth is improving, but there is a gap between different cities. With the rapid development of economy, there is a phenomenon that the port business environment lags behind the economic development, so we should continue to strengthen the optimization and construction of the port business environment.
