| 摘 要： | 本文分析了广州留学回国人员创业政策以及创业园区建设中存在的主要问题。提出了促进广州留学回国人员创业的对策,包括:加大政策支持力度;加强领导和协调;改进资助项目管理;实行创业园企业化改造;优化资源配置,做大做强园区;创建优良创业服务系统。

| Abstract: | This study examines the main issues existing in policy supporting entrepreneurship and business incubator development for Chinese overseas returnees in Guangzhou.We proposes strategies supporting entrepreneurship for overseas returnees in Guangzhou,including giving greater policy support,strengthening leadership and communication,improving the process of project examination and approval,reforming the incubator shareholder's system,enhancing the incubator both in size and strength by reallocating limited resources,establishing an excellent service system for new ventures. |
