| 摘 要： | 现有连锁企业信息系统模式存在许多弊端 ,研制和开发适合SCM(供应链管理 )的新模式和解决方案 ,在新采用ERP管理思想实施了业务流程重组 ,优化了企业的供应链、减少了商品的流通环节和运营成本、加强了对企业管理决策的支持、提高了企业的工作效率。

Solutions to the Problems in Information System Model for Chain Stores on the Supply Chain |

| Abstract: | A new model for SCM and solution is presented after analyzing some defects in current MIS model for chain stores. In new model, business process is recombined by means of ERP ideas, supply chain of chain stores is optimized, the nodes of commodity flow and operation cost are decreased, management decision for chain stores is enhanced , work efficiency is improved. |
