| 摘 要： | 随着生态危机加剧和环境保护意识的增强,许多国家都意识到发展循环经济的重要性,往往要求构建闭环供应链进行产品的回收,以便提高产品利用率。这里讨论了政府在构建闭环供应链中的角色和作用,通过模型分析了政府监管式外部治理的情况,以及参与式外部治理的情况。
