| 摘 要： | 管道泄漏监测系统是长输管线最大限度的减少油品损失和环境危害采取的一种技术手段，传统的管线泄漏监测系统受当时技术水平和管理水平的限制。其设计方案和系统性能都存在一定的缺陷。本文分析系统升级前后各自的特点，希望油品储运企业在管线泄漏盐测系统升级改造中得到启发。

| Abstract: | pipeline leak monitoring system is a technical means of long-distance pipeline to minimize oil loss and environmental hazards taken, the traditional pipeline leak monitoring system is limited by the technical and management level at that time,there are some flaws in its Design scheme and system performance.This paper analyzes the system before and after upgrade individual characteristics,it is hope that Oil storage and transportation enterprises to be inspired by the upgrading of the pipeline leak monitoring system. |
