| 摘 要： | 产业结构优化升级是促进地区经济发展的重要途径。本文以《新疆统计年鉴2011》数据为基础,分析了新疆产业结构的时空格局以及产业的内部结构,指出产业结构优化升级所面临的机遇和可能存在的困难。从加快基础设施建设、人才培养和引进、产业集群的构建和产业承接转移的角度,提出了进一步促进新疆产业结构升级的基本途径。

| Abstract: | The optimization and upgrading of industrial structure is an important approach to regional economic development.The temporal and spatial pattern of industrial structure and the internal structure of some industries are analyzed on based of data from Xinjiang Statistical Yearbook 2011.Then,the opportunities and difficulities are pointed out facing optimization and upgrading of industrial structure.The last,the basic approach about upgrading of industrial structure is proposed from the views of infrastructure construction, personnel training and introduction, industrial clusters and transfer. |
