| 摘 要： | 体验式教育是指学校组织引导学生亲身参加实践,从而使他们把做人做事的思想道德规范内化为健康心理品格,转化为良好行为习惯的过程。体验式教育强调知识与学习者的互动联系,注重学习者的深入参与和情感的激发,突出人与人的交流沟通,尊重个体的差异,使学生的知、情、意和谐发展。它是人格培育的一种重要的方法和手段,是连接知识学习和人格培育的桥梁。
