| 摘 要： | 党的十六届五中全会把把节约资源确定为新时期的基本国策,绿色技术是实现这个目标的一种有效的技术支持,而其发展离不开资金。本文对绿色技术的特点进行了研究,在此基础上,探讨了对其投融资的影响。
