东亚地区一体化远景及中国的作用

东亚地区历史和发展所存在的差异性、多样性和复杂性特点,使地区一体化的整合进展缓慢,远落后于欧洲和美洲,并引起地区一体化远景目标设计的模糊。借鉴欧洲一体化的经验,根据东亚地区一体化的实际情况,东亚地区一体化的空间范围应界定在15国两个地区内,长期远景目标选择为“东亚地区联盟”,“东北亚自由贸易区”和“东亚共同体”是两个重要的阶段性目标。在东亚地区一体化的进程中,中国可以发挥“核心国”、“轮轴国”和“重要国”的作用。

The Vision of Regional Integration in East Asia and the Role China Plays

The characteristic of difference,Variety and the complexity due to the different histories and development modes exist in East Asia,makes the regional integration in East Asia develop slowly,and trail Europe and American greatly.Using European integration for reference,based on the reality of the integration in East Asia,the space scope of the integration in East Asia should be defined into fifteen countries and two regions.The long-term vision should be "the East Asia alliance ",and "the Northeast Asia free trade area" and "the East Asia community" should be two important staggered targets. In the process of integration in East Asia,China may play the role of "core country","axes country" and "crucial country".
