| 摘 要： | 黑龙江省民营企业缺乏核心竞争力的内部环境问题是:企业机制不健全、不规范,技术开发和创新能力薄弱、企业信息化与人力资源开发滞后以及企业文化落后等。民营企业应积极改善内部环境,进行制度创新,构建现代企业制度,借助电子商务,加快信息化建设与技术创新。重视人力资源的开发与管理,加强企业文化建设,以增强企业核心竞争力。

| Abstract: | The inside environmental question that the private enterprise Heilongjiang Province short of the key competitiveness is:Enterprise's mechanism is imperfect and unstandard,the technological development and innovation ability are weak,enterprise's informationization and manpower resources development lag behind and enterprise culture lag behind etc..The enterprise run by the local people should improve the inside environment actively,carry on system innovation,structure the modern enterprise system,draw support from e-commerce,accelerate the construction of informationization and technological innovation.Pay attention to the development and management of the human resources,strengthen enterprise's cultural construction,and thus strengthen enterprise's key competitiveness. |
