| 摘 要： | 图书馆业务外包是指图书馆利用外部的专业化资源,将一些非核心的次要的或辅助性的业务,以合约的方式委托外部服务机构办理,以克服内部人员不足,降低运营成本,强化核心服务,提高图书馆服务水平。
