中法银行保险发展的比较与经验借鉴

与法国银行保险相比较,我国银行保险在银行保险产品、保险利益分配、监管环境方面需要积极的借鉴,我国银行保险发展应该在组建金融控股公司模式,确立清晰的银行产品战略,构建银行,保险公司和客户三方利益分配模式,提供宽松的监管环境、推进一体化监管体系建设方面进行相应的变革。

Experience and Reference of Bank Insurance Between China and France

Bank insurance in China developed rapidly since the 1990s,In 2006,it became one of the three pillars of life insurance.Although the bank insurance has made considerable achievements in China,the system problems are still exist,and it will affect the further development of bank insurance.In this paper,we analyzed the difference of bank insurance between China and France to learn successful experience and on the basis of the experiences we can better promote national bank insurance.
