| 摘 要： | 城镇化是一个国家工业化进程中的重要制约因素,我国目前正处于城镇化加速时期,转轨经济的特点,决定了国家(县乡财政)在城镇化进程中的特殊作用。以科学发展观为指导,确立县乡财政的独立地位、建立多元化的投融资体系,对我国加速城镇化建设将起到积极作用。

| Abstract: | The urbanization is important restriction factor in a national industrialization,our country is being accelerating period in the urbanization at present,the switcher economy characteristic,has decided the country 's special function in the urbanization advancement.Take the science development view as the instruction,establishing county township finance's independent status,establishing multiplication investment and financing system,will play the positive role in accelerating the urbanization construction. |
