| 摘 要： | α-亚麻酸作为人体健康的必需多不饱和脂肪酸,具有调节血脂、抗炎、提高智力等多种生理功能。基于此,对α-亚麻酸的纯化技术研究进展进行综述,概括各种方法的原理和应用前景,并对其未来的发展趋势进行展望。
