摘    要:阐述使用ICAPQ等离子质谱仪和原子吸收石磨炉法测定玉米中铅含量的比对实验,在样品前处理使用微波消解法。比对结果是,回收率均达到95%,结论是:原子吸收石磨炉法测定结果准确,ICAPQ等离子质谱仪测定结果准确,测定速度快,但成本过高从而更加适用于有一定技术、资金的大中型实验室。

ICAPQ Plasma Mass Spectrometer Analysis on Determination of Lead in Corn
Abstract:This paper use ICAPQ plasma mass spectrometry and atomic absorption graphite furnace method was developed for the determination of lead in food than in the experiment. The comparison results are the recovery rate of 95%.The conclusion is that Atomic absorption graphite furnace method results are accurate, ICAPQ plasma mass spectrometer measuring results are accurate, Determination of speed, The cost is too high. More suitable for a certain technology, capital of small and medium-sized laboratory.
