生物技术在食品检测中的应用

The traditional detection methods can not meet the food requirements of the development of modern society, therefore, in order to meet the needs of social development, the biological technology is used in the food inspection, and full play the biological technology that has the characteristics of strong speciifcity, high effciency, low cost, to promote the effective conduct food testing. Based on this, taking this as a starting point, we put forward the relevant strategies that how to apply good biological technology in food testing.
