摘    要:甘蔗压榨机液压传动比传统的机械传动压榨机更能够适应商业竞争的激烈环境,具有更多的优势。其具有重量轻、体积小和出力大的突出特点,有利于机械设备及其控制系统的微型化、小型化,并可进行大功率作业。压榨机的压榨量、功率消耗、抽出率、安全率等指标,都与施加的液压力有关。其加工工艺也是在压榨机液压传动的基础上加工的,基于此,主要探讨甘蔗压榨机液压传动与加工工艺。

Hydraulic Transmission and Processing Technology of Sugarcane Press
Abstract:Compared with the traditional mechanical drive, Sugarcane mill hydraulic transmission can adapt to the iferce competition in the business environment, and has more advantages. It has the advantages of light weight, small volume and large output of the prominent characteristics, is conducive to the mechanical equipment and control system miniaturization, miniaturization, and high power operation. Crush press, the power consumption, the rate of extraction, the safety factor and other indicators, are related with the hydraulic pressure applied. Processing technology is based on a hydraulic press drive on processing, based on this, this article focused on the sugar cane crushing machine hydraulic transmission and processing technology.
