河豚鱼菜肴的最佳烹调方案

摘    要:高品质生活是广大人民的普遍追求,随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的饮食结构也得到显著改善。河豚作为一种特殊的鱼类,具有很高的食用价值,是人们十分喜爱的美味佳肴。但由于河豚自身含有剧毒,不能简单烹调食用,因此,在具体烹调时需对其进行正确处理,在各烹调材料搭配上要合理有度,并在选材上也要以人工养殖河豚为主。本文对河豚鱼菜肴的最佳烹调方法进行研究。

The Best Recipe of Puffer Fish Dishes
Abstract:The high quality life is the common pursuit of the broad masses of the people. With the improvement of people's living standard, people’s diet structure has improved signiifcantly. As a special kind of ifsh, puffer ifsh has high edible value and becomes a kind of delicious food. But, because of its deadly poison, it needs correctly for the collocation in different cooking materials in speciifc cooking. In this paper, the puffer ifsh dishes best cooking method is studied.
