摘    要:现阶段我国消费者在食品问题上最看重的不是价格,而是质量。要保证入口的东西对人体本身没有侵害,是所有消费者追求的。然而在经济市场竞争激烈的今天,在高利益的驱使下,食品质量与安全事件不断涌现,这不仅严重地危害了消费者的健康,也给国家带来了严重的经济损失。本文从控制食品质量与安全的角度出发,探究食品质量安全可追溯关键技术的发展过程。

Food Quality and Safety Can Be Traced Back the Development of Key Technologies Research and Analysis
Abstract:At this stage, our consumers in the food issue is not the most important price, but the quality of. To ensure that the entrance of the human body itself is not violated, is the pursuit of all consumers. However in the fierce economic competition in the market today, in high interest driven, food quality and safety incidents continue to emerge, which not only seriously harm the health of consumers, to the country brought serious economic losses. From the point of view of controlling the quality and safety of food, this paper explores the development process of the key technology of food quality and safety.
