摘    要:在食品行业不断进步与发展的情况下,食品生产中食品添加剂的使用更加广泛。对此,大多数国民认为食品添加剂的应用,将会降低食品的安全性,会威胁人们的身体健康,比较抵触食品添加剂的应用。其实,这是对食品添加剂的错误认识,间接影响食品生产。基于此,本文将从分析全社会对食品添加剂认识存在的误区,在基础上探究全社会如何科学理性地对待食品添加剂,希望确保食品添加剂正确的、安全的应用在食品生产中,为人们提供安全的食品。

Discussion of How Scientific Rationality of the Whole Society Should Treat Food Additives
Abstract:With the continual development and progress of the food industry, the use of food additives in food production is becoming more extensive. Regarding this situation, most of citizens believe that the application of food additives will reduce food safety, and could threaten people's health, leading to a resistant to the application of food additives. In fact, it’s a wrong understanding of food additives, causing an indirect impact on food production. In this article, an analysis of food additives misunderstandings from the whole society has been made, a discussion of the society as a whole how to treat food additives on the basis of scientiifc rationality has been done, ensuring a proper and safe use in food production, providing people with security food.
