摘    要:气相色谱法快速检测方法在应用过程中,旨在要求实验人员在实验活动开展过程中应注重规范GPC收集时间、固相萃取小柱等技术规范,同时结合氟啶虫酰胺残余量检测要求,将检测作业中净化收集时间控制在7 min左右,并利用DB-1701气相色谱仪对检测结果进行分析,达到最佳的残余量检测作业状态。

Determination of Residual Amount of Fluoride in Plant Foods by Gas Chromatography
Abstract:The gas phase chromatography for rapid detection method in the application process to the requirements in the lab activities to carry out process should attach great importance to the regulation of GPC collecting time, solid phase extraction cartridges and other technical speciifcations, combined with lfuoride acetamiprid amide residue detection requirements, will detect the homework in purifying and collecting time control in 7min, and using a db-1701 gas chromatograph on the detection results were analyzed, achieve the best remaining amount detection operation state.
