摘    要:食品添加剂是为改善食品品质、防腐和加工工艺的需要而加入食品的人工合成或天然物质,大大促进了食品工业的发展。但有很多厂家的添加剂存在着严重的安全问题。本文对于饮料食品添加剂检测中液相色谱法的应用进行相关的分析,希望对食品安全做出应有的贡献。

Application of Liquid Chromatography in the Detection of Beverage and Food Additives
Abstract:Food additive is synthetic or natural substances which added in food that in order to improve the quality of food as well as the need for anti-corrosion and processing technology, greatly promoting the development of the food industry. But there are many manufacturers of additives have serious security problems. In this paper, the application of liquid chromatography in the detection of beverage food additives is analyzed hoping to make contribution to food safety.
