| 摘 要： | 本文认为散运是实现粮食"四散"现代物流目标的关键环节,作为供给侧起着对其他"三散"消费侧的制约引导作用,所以有必要对粮食铁路散运进行改革,以达到促进现代粮食物流蓬勃开展的局面。本文同时对粮食铁路散运的必要性和可行性进行了论述,结合加拿大类似经验,提出了宏观层面的一些建议。

Supply Side Reform on Grain Railway Transportation in Bulk |

| Abstract: | The author suggested “railway transportation in bulk” acts as a critical link in practice of“4-in-bulk” to grain handling operation for establishing and fulfilling national grain modern distribution channels, and as supply side it affects the other “3-in-bulk” as consume side in a constraint as well as a lead way, so it is necessary to reform the railway transportation in bulk, so as to achieve a thriving in development of grain modern distribution. The author also discussed the necessary and feasibility of kicking off grain railway transportation in bulk, and provided some macroeconomic suggestions in reference of similar practice in Canada. |
