| 摘 要： | 在调研我国平房仓现有进、出仓技术装备的基础上,结合我国粮食物流现状研发了一种平房仓的新型配套装备—机械化平房仓刮平机。机械化平房仓刮平机的大型开放式刮板系统、悬挂升降系统、行走系统及电控系统的设计制造存在较多技术难题,通过对本装备各个技术难题的研究分析,提出了相应的解决方案,成功研制出集进出仓及平仓功能于一体的新型刮平机。经试验表明:该装备实现了平房仓散粮的机械化进出仓、平仓作业,大幅提高散粮的进出仓效率。机械化平房仓刮平机的推广应用将促进我国散粮仓储物流效率提高,具有巨大的经济效益和社会效益。

Research and Development of the Scraping Equipment for the Mechanized Flat Warehouse |

| Abstract: | A new type of accessory equipment for the flat warehouse—the scraping equipment for the mechanized lfat warehouse was developed on the basis of the investigation of the loading & unloading technical equipment in the warehouse of our country combined with the status of China’s grain logistics industry. There were many technical diffculties in the design and manufacture of large open scraper system, suspension system, walking system and electric control system of the device, which was successfully developed with putting forward the corresponding appropriate solutions. Several experiments on the scraping equipment showed that the equipment can effectively complete the loading & unloading and the unwinding operation, and greatly improve the efficiency of grain storage of the mechanized flat warehouse. The popularization and application of the product can promote the effciency of storage logistics of our country with a very considerable economic and social beneift. |
