摘    要:从食品安全的角度出发,首先解读食品安全分析的有关概念,接着分析我国食品安全风险评估和食品安全监管体系的现状及存在的问题,然后同国外食品安全评估及监管体系进行对比找出差异,并结合我国国情为我国食品安全监管体系提出建议,最后结合全文客观地对全文进行总结,以期具有一定的参考和研究价值。

Research on Food Safety Risk Assessment and Supervision System in China
Abstract:From the perspective of food safety, ifrstly, the interpretation of the related concepts of food safety was analyzed, then analyzed the current situation and existing problems of China's food safety risk assessment and food safety supervision system, and with the foreign food safety evaluation and supervision system were compared to identify differences, putted the suggestions for our country's food safety supervision system with the situation of our country, ifnally the paper objectively summarized, with a certain value for reference and research.
