粮食安全的可持续发展

新中国成立以来,粮食安全和生态安全之间存在复杂的关系,主要分为粮食供应短缺、生态环境相对恶化和化学农药的引进、粮食逐步得到自足、粮食短缺的现象得到缓解两个阶段。目前,我国的农业用地污染严重,尤其是化学污染,粮食的可持续生产受到威胁。针对以上的情况,中国应当适时调整农业发展战略,实现农业的可持续发展。

The Sustainable Development of Food Security

Since 1949, there is a complex relationships between food security and ecological security. It can be brielfy summarized in the following two stages: First, food shortages and ecological environment is relatively worse; Second, introduce chemical pesticides, food has been self-suffcient and food shortage phenomenon eased. But the agricultural land in our country is seriously polluted, especially the chemical pollution, and the sustainable production of food is threatened. In view of the above situation, China should adjust the agricultural development strategy to realize the sustainable development of agriculture.
