| 摘 要： | 近年来,乳制品食品质量安全问题屡禁不止,暴露出乳制品行业的质量安全管理存在着缺陷和漏洞,才让一些企业不法分子有机可乘,本文分析了影响乳制品质量安全的几个因素并针对其存在的问题提出了相应的对策措施,以期规范乳制品食品质量安全的管理,从而保障乳制品的质量。

| Abstract: | s:The dairy food quality and safety problems occurred constantly in recent years, and it shows that there are some loopholes and defects in the dairy industry quality and safety management, which encouraged the illegal actions ofenterprise. The paper analyzed the factors inlfuencing the quality and safety of dairy products and put forward the corresponding countermeasures in order to standardize the dairy food quality and safety management and guarantee the quality of dairy products. |
