| 摘 要： | 随着生活水平的不断提高,人们越来越关注食品安全问题,人们将HPLC技术与其他技术结合在一起应用于食品安全检测并获得理想的效果。随着社会的发展,人们对食品安全的要求一定会越来越高。本文主要论述了高效液相色谱仪的使用原理和将高效液相色谱法应用于食品检测中的情况。

| Abstract: | With the continuous improvement of living standards, people pay more attention to food safety issues. HPLC technology combined with other technologies was used in food safety inspection and got the desired results. In the future, people's demand for food safety will be higher. This paper discusses the principle of using HPLC and the application in food detection. |
