高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牛奶中青霉素类药物残留量

为测定牛奶中青霉素类药物残留量,将牛奶样品采用乙腈沉淀蛋白,通过正己烷液萃取除脂,经高效液相色谱C18柱分离,选用乙腈+0.1%甲酸-水为流动相进行梯度洗脱,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法在正离子多反应监测模式下测定。结果表明,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱法测定牛奶中青霉素类药物残留量在国家规定的限量范围内,该方法可以简便、快速、准确地测定牛奶中青霉素类药物残留量。

Penicillin Drugs Residues in Milk with High Performance Liquid Chromatography - Tandem Mass Spectrometry Determination

For the determination of penicillin drugs residues in milk, the milk samples were determinated by using protein precipitation by n-hexane extraction liquid grease, by using high performance liquid chromatography C18 column, using acetonitrile +0.1% formic acid and water as mobile phase in gradient elution, using high performance liquid chromatography tandem mass spectrometry in positive ion multiple reaction monitoring mode. The results showed that HPLC-MS/MS determinating the penicillin drugs residues in milk was in the limited within the scope stipulated by the state, the method was simple, rapid and accurate for determination of penicillin drugs residues in milk.
