摘 要: | 本文以浓香型白酒的蒸馏环节为切入点,设置具体的白酒材料与实验方法、设备,通过比对、实验不同蒸馏气压下浓香型白酒的酒样结果,期望为研究蒸馏气压差异对浓香型白酒质量的具体影响,并帮助其酒体风味的优化提升,提供有益的参考。

Abstract: | This paper takes luzhou-lfavor liquor distillation process as the breakthrough point, set up the liquor of concrete materials and experimental methods, equipment, through comparing and experiment under different distillation pressure of luzhou-lfavor liquor as a result, the expectations for the study of concrete influences on the quality of luzhou-flavor liquor distillation pressure difference and help the flavor is optimized, provide the beneifcial reference. |
