食品检验检测体系的现状分析及对策研究

食品检验检测关乎国民生命健康安全与社会整体发展,是我国食品安全质量监督体系的重要保障。但随着近年来食品市场竞争日趋激烈,市场经济不断繁荣,食品安全问题屡屡出现,这极大程度影响了我国社会的安定和谐发展,也为食品企业正常运作蒙上阴影。基于此,简要介绍我国食品检验检测体系的发展现状,同时为将来合理建设体系给出优化对策。

Food inspection and testing related to the health and safety of national life and the overall development of society, is the important guarantee of food safety quality supervision system in our country. But along with the food market competition in recent years, rising prosperity of market economy, food safety problems often appeared, which greatly influenced the social stability and harmonious development of our country, also cast a shadow over the normal operation of food companies. Based on this, this paper brielfy introduced our food inspection detection system development present situation, at the same time, the optimization countermeasures for the construction of the system in the future were given.
