社会资源的有限性，信息不完全与不对称，决定了有形的规则即法律制度不可能规范社会经济生活的每一个部分及其细节，而无形的规则即道德信念则是降低交易费用、弥补这一缺陷有效手段。法律制度对市场主体的各种行为进行强制性的外在约束，道德信念则提供一种自发性的内在约束。两者相辅相成，相互补充，共同作用，才能构成一个完整的整体，也才能保证市场经济体制低成本高效率地运行。

Economics Analysis on Market Economy and the Morals Governing

The finiteness of social resources and incompletion and dissymmetry of information are the causes of deficiency existed in law and rule. Moral and faith may be an effective way in to make up the deficiency. Law and rule are the ex- ternal restriction to the behaviours of market bodies, and morals and faith give inside inhibition of spontaneity. Both ac- tions are supplemented and integrated each other, and ensure the efficien operation of the market economy system.
