摘    要:顾客资源是企业最重要的核心资源。通过企业顾客关系研究,识别和掌握顾客价值,以顾客价值管理为企业的中心任务,从而可以全面提升企业的盈利能力和竞争力。从探讨企业顾客关系和价值的识别与评估入手,着重讨论企业市场营销如何利用顾客价值管理来提高企业的营销竞争力。

Abstract:The customer resources are the enterprise most important core resources.Through the enterprise customer relations research,distinguishes and grasps the customer value,take customer value management as enterprise's central task,thus may comprehensively promote the enterprise the profit ability and the competitive power. This article obtains from the discussion enterprise customer relations and the value recognition and the appraisal, how discusses the enterprise market marketing to manage emphatically using the customer value enhances the enterprise the marketing competitive power.
