国有企业人才成长环境问题及其优化

摘    要:在当前的市场竞争中,相当一部分国有企业由于人才观念、体制、机制的不适应,致使人才成长环境不良,造成人才大量流失,这已成为影响国有企业竞争力和持续发展的重大障碍。本文分析了当前国有企业人才成长环境存在的主要问题,并从人才制度环境、人才学习环境、人才文化环境、人才工作环境等四个方面提出了优化国有企业人才成长环境的对策。

Abstract:There are a lot of SOEs suffering a serious environment of talent growth and lost!of large-scale talents because of mismatching of ideas,system as well as mechanism of talents in market competition at present.It has been the vital obstacle affecting SOEs' competitive power and sustainable development.of The main problems existing in talents growth environment of SOEs are analyzed and the countermeasures optimizing of SOEs' talents growth environment are put forward from the following four talent environments,i,e system,learning,culture as well as working.
