| 摘 要： | 伴随着经济和金融全球化的发展，国际金融业发展了巨大变化，金融创新层出不穷，国与国之间的金融联系也越来越密切，这对国际金融监管提出了更高的要求，使之呈出出许多新趋势和新特点，对此进行必要的分析和借鉴，对于即将加入WTO的我国金融监管具有重要的参考价值和现实意义。
