基于生态敏感性分析的城市非建设用地划分研究

城市非建设用地数量、功能与性质的巨大变化,决定了必须改变传统城市非建设用地规划和管理策略.通过划分城市非建设用地中的生态基质用地和可建设用地,严格确定其边界,并分别予以严格的保护和发展导引,从而协调城市非建设用地保护和发展的矛盾.生态敏感性分析作为理论成熟、应用广泛的技术方法,能够为城市非建设用地划分提供科学有效的依据.文章以南京市江宁区大连山一青龙山片区为例,选取合适的生态因子和分析方法,研究各因子时地块生态敏感度的综合影响,进而划分生态基质用地和可建设用地,从而阐明生态敏感性分析在城市非建设用地划分中的应用.
